Living in 350 sq ft...

Most of us probably remember the cramped quarters of our first dorm room or apartment. Despite our best efforts to maximize space (lofting beds and stacking dressers come to mind), the room still felt tiny and cramped.
Architect Gary Chang has become a master of small living, creating an awe inspiring, modular system in his 350 sq ft childhood apartment in Hong Kong. My friend sent me a video of his apartment and I am amazed to say the least, by his efficient use of space and light. He hasn't sacrificed anything given the small size, as the apartment transforms to roll out a guest bed, screening room, shower and separate bath tub, mong other things. Check out the official video here. Wow!
